Spent last weekend in the mountains, and woke up to an interesting visual… It got a tad more interesting when I saw the convertible’s plate. It was: “SPYTFYR”! I don’t know about the car spitting fire, but the owner’s definitely going to be spitting snow while trying to clean it out! I jest you not. This is a real signboard, put up, presumably, by the transit / county authorities. No, it isn’t a defaced sign. It implies using the turnout as a quick stop while your spouse / significant other / anyone whom you would care enough to drop off at that public transit station, gets out [...] When we say “Go to hell!”, we’re not (necessarily) being rude. Really. Heaven isn’t just a place on Earth. Its a place on our map. There’s a reason why everyone in Silicon Valley is nuts about time. Its not just the fast pace of life. Its also ’cause there’s just an hour’s difference between Heaven and Hell [...] Tomorrow Never Dies had our man Pierce do the Bond thing with a BMW 750iL that was retrofitted with an ability to be guided by cellphone, courtesy Q.
