Credit: I couldn’t figure out who it was, but if its you, or if you can point me to the right person, I’d appreciate and update it.
There was another by David Waisglass and Gordon Coulthart, the creators of Farcus – that was an illustration of a man standing at the beach on a deserted island, surrounded by a lot of bottles with notes in them – saying “We must be on a mailing list..” – I didn’t post the image ’cause Farcus boys charge $19.95 for reprints, even for ‘personal use’. That ain’t funny.
And then there was the one by Christo Komarnitski (who apparently runs a regular strip called “Total Eclipsed”, which went to a bum URL off HyperMart.) It goes: “Dan, why do we need five fingers when there are only two mouse buttons?”
Funny. Especially so if you work for Apple. But the funniest part was that there are still URLS off “Hypermart.Net” floating around on the Internet. That’s so, er, nineties. Yes, I had one. You won’t find it!
